Annual Birdwatchers’ Conference 2019

Annual Birdwatchers’ Conference 2019 will be held on 30th of March from 9.30- 11.00 am at Department of Zoology, University of Colombo. The theme this year is “Birders as Citizen Scientists in a Changing Landscape”. The Annual General Meeting – 2018 will be held afterward starting from 11.30am.

Monthly lecture – February

FOGSL monthly lecture of February will be held on Saturday 23rd February 2019. This will be conducted by Kasun Dayananda based on his research “Local Movements of Birds in a Modified Landscapes”. The lecture will be held at the Department of Zoology, the University of Colombo from 9.30am onwards.
