Thank you for shopping at Field Ornithology Group of Sri Lanka Online Market Place. we strive to ensure the highest quality in all our books and publications. If you receive a product with printing errors or manufacturing defects, we are happy to accept returns and provide a replacement.
Returns and Replacements
We accept returns within 2 days from the date of purchase.
Returns are only accepted for books and publications with printing errors or manufacturing defects.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Return
Contact our customer service team at Field Ornithology Group of Sri Lanka within 2 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and a description of the issue, including any relevant photos of the defect or error.
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if it qualifies for a replacement. Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your replacement.
Exchanges
Any sold item will not be exchanged.
Refunds
All sales are final and do not accept refunds.
Return Shipping
You need to visit the FOGSL office to claim your replacement. Alternatively, you can post the item to FOGSL at your own cost and the items will be posted back in cash on delivery method.
Processing Time
Replacements will be processed within 4 business days after we receive your returned item.
